SAKABA MANDURAH FORUM

The Sakaba Mandurah

SAKABA recently launched their second restaurant in the newly renovated Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre on the 22nd of March. Working carefully with the team at Work.Shop.Dine on the interior design for this project, we were delighted to be selected to supply all the indoor and outdoor loose furniture. The restaurant features timber slats geometrically cladded on the interior walls consistent with the previous setup in SAKABA Belmont Forum .

Keeping with this theme, timber table tops were used for all the tables complemented by the Jersey Chairs. The interior designers wanted something different for the low stools in SAKABA and requested for the legs of the Tripod stools to feature gold accents or socks. A lot of time and effort was put into these stools to carefully achieve this requirement.

Square slatted tables with Trevi mesh chairs were used for the alfresco dining area to complement the public space in the shopping centre. Round slatted tables surrounded the circular bench seating and matched with the Tripod low stools with golf socks.

The overall project was a success, meeting all requirements in the given timeline and both the designer and client were very satisfied with the final outcome.
