WILLIS WINE BAR

Willis Wine Bar, a new addition to The Royal Hotel recently opened last month offering a wide selection of wines, European liqueurs and a fantastic range of locally sourced wine-friendly dishes, snacks and larger plates designed to share.

We had the absolute pleasure of being involved once again with another John Parker project alongside MJA Studio from conceptual design to what we see today. Vibes of classic Paris bistro to modern smart-casual is the general ambience. With the supply of various custom organic shaped stone table tops, custom built joinery works and the selection of our classic bentwood No. 9739 Bar Stools, we were able to successfully bring an atmosphere of old-to-new to life!

Willis Wine Bar was recently recognised in 2021’s WA Good Food Guide’s Top 100 Restaurants, along with their sister venues Fleur (taking out New Restaurant of the Year 2021, The Royal Perth and The Standard Perth.
